It’s been about 17 years since ”Ano Hi ni Kaeritai”, and his second work (excluding ”Imadakara” and ”Ai no WAVE”) has topped the Oricon weekly single chart (for 2 consecutive weeks). It also became the first single to sell a million copies, and together with the drama, it became one of the most representative works of the same year.
