It was created as an urban, fast-paced song with the premise that it would be used as the ending theme for the Nippon Television anime series “City Hunter” (1987-1988) produced by Yomiuri Television. In 2023, April 8, the release date of this single, has been officially recognized by the Japan Anniversary Association as “Get Wild Day.” This is said to be the first time in Japanese music that the name of a song is an anniversary.
